Volunteers are a fundamental component of Surrey Women’s Centre’s success. They make it possible for us to offer more services to our clients.
Join us to support women, children and men seeking safety from violence.
While anyone is welcome to participate, we encourage post-secondary students who are interested in helping women in crisis, studying counseling, social work or other related disciplines, or simply want to improve their community to collaborate with us. Gain work experience, develop new skills and share your knowledge.
To become involved, please complete and submit our PDF application.
We invite women from all walks of life to join our board of directors.
The Board provides organizational leadership, establishes goals, evaluates performance and leads future planning. It ensures that we remain responsive to the needs of our community.
Board members serve a one-year term, and are elected at our Annual General Meeting.
If you would like to become involved, please submit your resume to board@surreywomencentre.ca or contact us at 604 589-1868 to explore current board opportunities.
